Today was weigh in day, so here's where we are:

Tomatoes and Cucmbers with 1 tsp olive oil and balsamic vinegar
 
Dinner: (9 P+)
Hummus Crusted Chicken and Roasted Veggies
 
TUESDAY:
 
Breakfast: (4 P+)
Chobani Flip Raspberry
 
Lunch: (9 P+)
Leftover Hummus Crusted Chicken and Roasted Veggies
Apple

Snack: (2 P+)
Banana with 1 T Peter Pan Whipped Peanut Butter
 
Dinner: (12 P+)
Cheesy Enchilada Casserole
