What I'm Eating on WW

Today got a little off plan, but I tracked it all and that's what's important!  The yogurt I'd planned to have for breakfast was not delicious (Chobani Flips Bee-Nana...yuck!) definitely not worth the 4 points. I went into an intern interview, came out, and guess what was on the front desk?!  Cinnabon. Really?!  I was starving. I couldn't resist. Plus side - they were Cinna Minis, so not 10,000 calories like its big brother. And...I only ate half!  It ended up only being 1 point more than my original breakfast and so much more delicious!  With lunch, I wanted a little something extra, so I went down to the cafeteria to get a side salad. The salad line was way long, so I got a bag of baked Doritos. Too bad it was 5 points!  Ugh. Then I has a Tootsie Pop because I wanted something sweet. After dinner, I wanted more sweet, so I had a WW ice cream bar.  Sensing a trend here? Don't judge.  We all have our vices.

Gold Star:  I tracked it all. And!  I didn't eat a Krispy Kreme doughnut. Seriously. I'm not kidding when I say there is ALWAYS junk food in my face at work!!

Here's what's up for tomorrow...

Breakfast: (4 P+)
Chobani Flips Key Lime Crunch
(High hopes this one will be better than Bee-Nana!)

Lunch: (2 P+)
Big Veggie Salad and 2 T Homemade Ranch
Grapes

Snacks: (0 P+)
Banana
Apple

Dinner: (16 P+)
Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan

This leaves 4 points for incidentals. (AKA, whatever sweet treat is at work tomorrow that I have no power over)

Officially held accountable.

  1. Hi! New to your blog! How do you make your homemade ranch? My husband LOVES ranch, but I hate buying the processed kind because I think it's soooo bad for him. So we never have it. Just curious! Cute blog!

    1. Hi there! Thanks for following along! :-)

I make my ranch dressing with a packet of ranch seasoning (you could definitely make your own seasoning, I just haven't gotten around to that!), 1 cup low fat milk, 1/2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup light mayo.

Sometimes I'll just use ranch seasoning and Greek yogurt to make a thicker dip for veggies.

      Both are very yummy! :-)
